Case Study: Beverage Flavors
Beverage Flavors International is a Chicago based manufacturer of proprietary beverage flavor concentrates for the private label/private brand market. When a long time, key employee elected to leave, they were faced with the challenge of identifying and hiring a new person who would have the skills and experience needed to manage the office and coordinate many aspects of the operation.
With little time to dedicate to the project, and no internal staff with the needed expertise Beverage Flavors came to NewHire for assistance. Together the Beverage Flavors team and our staffing coordinator used the NewHire screening tools and participated in identification of the candidates for phone interviews, which were conducted by NewHire staff. Moving quickly, to bring in the best qualified applicants, the NewHire staffing recommended qualified candidates for face to face interviews – all within days of posting recruitment advertising. A top candidate was identified very rapidly and an employment offer was made 2 weeks after the kickoff of the project.
