Chuck is a sought-after speaker on issues of talent acquisition, recruiting and hiring best practices with more than 20 years of experience under his belt. When not running his business, you’ll find him in Hyde Park playing Ultimate Frisbee with his friends and family.
Leora Baumgarten, Vice President
Leora is Vice President of NewHire and a pro when it comes to hiring and recruiting for SMBs. When not at the office, you can find her swimming in Lake Michigan or spending time with her family in Chicago’s Hyde Park neighborhood.
Rams is our Senior Application Developer and the woman behind our ATS software. When not adding on new features and tools to our software, you’ll find her cooking up a storm in the kitchen with her family.
Alicia is one of our Staffing Coordinators at NewHire and recruiting experts. She’s a true Chicagoan, and knows just about every good eats, music venue and gallery in the city.
Eric’s our IT Manager at NewHire. He’s the go-to tech guy at the office, and when not at work, you can find him helping to stage local theatre, or getting ready for the next Comic-Con Convention.
Conor is a Staffing Coordinator here at NewHire. He is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison (go Badgers!) and in his free time he enjoys watching films, binging television series, and attending music concerts around the city.
Sean is an Account Manager here at NewHire. When he isn’t catering to the hiring needs of SMBs nationwide, Sean is busy campaigning for the Oxford comma, playing sports, and directing or performing at Chicago’s Second City. He takes his coffee with two creams, no sugar.
Nicole is the Advertising Coordinator for NewHire. She will get your advertising up and running in no time! Originally from Arizona, Nicole is a new Chicagoan adjusting to life in the city. Nicole loves to get crafty – from crochet to baking – she’s your go-to for all things handmade.
Rhonda is an Account Manager. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and has a diverse background in sales, marketing, and teaching Business to undergraduate college students. In her free time she enjoys volunteering her time and talents to her church and other non-profit organizations.
