Base Salary, Residual Commissions, We will Train, We will help you get your Insurance License. First year on target earnings of $45,000 - $75,000 with a clear path to $130,000 in 3 years.
This is NOT an all commission position like many other insurance positions. We WILL invest in you and in your future financially and with plenty of training.
If you have been in Retail Management, Car Rental Management, Entry Level B2B Sales, we would love to speak with you. You need to have the Ability to study and earn your Life, Accident and Health Insurance license but you do not need to be currently licensed.

Insurance Solutions is seeking a professional, hard-working Sales Representative to join our team. We work with companies to provide comprehensive Employee Benefits solutions. The right Sales Representative will be a true hunter and consultative seller who will capitalize on the opportunity of very high and long-term earning potential with our firm. On our team a strong-willed, consistent, decisive individual who puts in the work to make the contacts and close business will build a strong residual income after a few years of solid sales effort.
While life and health insurance licensing and prior experience is a plus, it is not necessary. We will help you get your Life and Health license to get you up and running quickly. We believe in fostering a culture of continued education, and this will be an exciting opportunity to be trained on the nuances of the insurance industry from our President, Brian Goff, who was a successful Sales Representative with Insurance Solutions before becoming a partner and eventually taking the helm. This role reports directly to the President, making Brian your coach, mentor, and accountability partner.
