Leasing and Management is hiring an Administrative Receptionist. Join our energetic, fast-paced and dedicated office staff. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and can handle requests by tenants and brokers, professionally and efficiently.  Report to the Executive Assistant. Earn $30,000 to $40,000 per year depending on experience, plus benefits. We are conveniently located near the Kennedy and Edens freeways and have ample employee parking.

 

Leasing and Management Company was founded in 1980 and has grown to manage 15 multi-unit properties primarily in and around Chicago. Our mission is to increase the value of the properties we manage, and provide excellent service to the diversity of individuals whose homes and quality of life are impacted by our services. Our goal is for employees to grow, use and develop their problem-solving skills and improve the life of each of the residents. Many of our staff has been employed here for more than 10 years. Duties:

  • Handle incoming calls from tenants, condo owners, real estate agents, attorneys, lenders and vendors
  • Solve problems, answer questions, and direct calls to other office staff as needed
  • Complete loan documentation paper work for banks or brokers
  • Issue parking passes, keys and see to other tenant needs
  • Process payments for deposit
  • Process checks for bill paying

The administrative receptionist represents the face of the company and must demonstrate our values through attention to detail and a common sense approach to addressing the needs of every caller. 

 

Compensation:

  • $30,000 to $40,000 per year depending on experience

 Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of work experience in an office setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • MS office knowledge
  • Work independently and juggle multiple on going tasks
  • Able to communicate effectively by email and phone
