Gallagher Uniform (http://www.gallagheruniform.com) is hiring Route Service Representatives to service existing and future accounts, maintain our strong relationship and build loyalty with our customers and introduce them to additional products and services. As a Route Service Representative you will drive a company-owned box truck or step van to and from numerous customer stops throughout the course of the day, as well as lift, carry and walk clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Route Service Representative reports to the Route Service Team Manager. Duties include:

Ø       Provide service in the most professional, timely and courteous way possible. Done in a proper frame of mind and with a smile.

Ø       Exchange clean goods for dirty and accurately record amounts in the smart phone

Ø       Renew Service Agreements

Ø       Help achieve annual sales targets and average weekly revenue quotas on a consistent basis

Ø       Keep your own uniforms in good condition (you are an example of our service)

Ø       Demonstrate and sell additional products to customers as a regular part of your duties

Ø       Drive courteously and safely at all times

Ø       Be thoroughly knowledgeable of Gallagher’s products, services and follow all policies and procedures

Requirements

The right candidate for this job will have a background which includes:

Ø       High School degree or equivalent required

Ø       Outgoing, engaging personality

Ø       Must have chauffeur's license, Clean drug test and driving record

Ø       Organized with strong communication skills.

Ø       Maintaining a neat and clean work environment

Ø       Self starter with ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Ø       Able to lift and carry bundles weighing up to 85 pounds short distances

Ø       Able to climb in and out of a truck several times a day in all kinds of weather

Ø      Non-Smoker or tobacco user
