We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Claims Service Representative to join our current team.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide excellent customer service even in the face of adversity
  • Have the ability to interact with our Spanish speaking customers
  • Handle incoming claim calls
  • Adherence to the work hours of: Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00 pm Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm or 10:00am-7:00pm
  • Process incoming fax requests from our customers
  • Bilingual a must, English and Spanish
  • Previous customer Service and/or claims experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Available to work 40+ hours per week within the operating hours of the site
  • Strong computer, typing and grammar skills
  • Able to type at least 30 words per minute
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
  • Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
