SITEX is a progressive company that is looking for a Route Service & Sales Specialist (RSSS)/Route Drivers to deliver products and work with clients on a daily basis. As our representative in the field, you will be involved in all customer facing transactions; you will deliver uniforms, renew contracts, upgrade services, collect payments, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position is full time, Monday through Friday, and is ideal for someone that values a regular schedule and loves working with people. New employees will start in a support capacity, learning our business and helping existing route personnel with their daily responsibilities. After candidates have successfully demonstrated their ability to manage their own route, they are assigned a territory. Each day starts at our main facility where RSSS's load their vehicles and then make that day’s appointed visits.
To the qualified candidate we offer:
Annual guaranteed commission starting around $30,000
Eligible for commission and bonus structure – after a few years, successful reps can make $55K+ overall compensation
Excellent Medical and Dental Insurance
Paid Vacation & Holidays
401k with company contribution
Cell phone stipend
Our RSSS's are essential to our success and we highly value their contributions. Experience in route sales is certainly useful, but we prioritize the traits necessary to succeed over work history. We are willing to train on the nuances of our industry and encourage all interested applicants to apply.
