One-on-One Recruiting Consultation & Training

When you choose Advantage, you’ll be assigned to a recruiting professional who will work with you throughout the hiring process. The one-on-one recruiting consultation consists of four parts: Discovery, Advertising, Candidate Screening and Advanced Training.

1. Discovery-During this one-hour interview, your NewHire recruiting professional will ask questions designed to fully explore the details of the job and the culture of the employer. Your recruiting professional will use information from the interview to write the recruitment advertisement and the candidate screening questions.

2. Advertising- Once you approve your NewHire application, your recruiting professional will make advertising recommendations and publish the ads on NewHire, Indeed, Glassdoor and SimplyHired.

3. Candidate Screening- Your recruiting professional will review candidates with you, and offer guidance to help you make the best hire. You will also learn to use NewHire’s powerful candidate screening tools.

4. User Training-We provide up to 4 hours of User Training on NewHire for your entire HR team.

On-Demand Phone Support

We’re here to help! Although NewHire is easy-to-use, we realize that you may have questions along the way. Our On-Demand Phone Support provides one-on-one phone assistance to answer your hiring and software questions when you need it.

Option to Extend

Extend the duration of your Advantage package past 3 months for just $399/month! Or if you’re taking a break from active recruiting, you can put your account on “Hiatus” for $99/month until you’re ready to recruit again.
