The NewHire Professional Process

When you choose Professional, you’ll be assigned to a recruiting professional who will drive the recruitment process. Professional consists of 4 parts: Discovery, Advertising, Candidate Screening, and Interviewing Scheduling.

1. Discovery-During this one-hour interview, your NewHire recruiting professional will ask questions designed to fully explore the details of the job and the culture of the employer. Your recruiting professional will use information from the interview to write the recruitment advertisement and the candidate screening questions.

2. Advertising- Once you approve your NewHire application, your recruiting professional will make advertising recommendations and publish the ads on NewHire, Glassdoor, Indeed, SimplyHired, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Craigslist.                                                                                     

3. Candidate Screening- Your recruiting professional will review and recommend candidates to you and together you will select candidates for phone interviews. Your recruiting professional will then screen and select additional qualified candidates, conduct phone screens, and recommend the best talent for in-person interviews.

4. Interview Scheduling- After conducting phone screens, we will coordinate and schedule interviews with your top candidates for you. Professional includes unlimited phone screening, 8 in-person first interviews and interview scheduling for the 2^nd round as well.
