This position plays an integral role in the operations of our company as well as interacting with our customers. This heavy customer and office contact position will include the responsibilities of answering and directing incoming phone calls and supporting the sales staff. Our ideal Office Administrator has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and an insatiable desire to continuously learn. Established in 1994, Midwest Retail Services is a multi-brand wholesale store fixture distributor, providing an adaptive and unique blend of products, solutions, and services. We supply gondola shelving, pharmacy shelving, merchandising hooks and accessories, counters, and custom designed fixtures. Our retail clientele crosses industry lines encompassing grocery stores, pet stores, and convenience stores. We are continually striving for simplicity and efficiency by offering key products to successful retail merchandisers.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Assist Sales team
  • Fax, Scan, Copy, and file documents
  • Perform work related office supply errands as requested
  • Greet clients and guests
  • General office duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years office administration experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM a plus
  • Computer savvy
  • Previous receptionist/office experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proactive
  • Team oriented
  • Friendly and reliable
