Barron Equipment Company, Inc., the leading material handling, and ergonomic equipment specialists are looking for self- motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our close knit team. This multifaceted role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the receivable and billing process, and paying the sales tax. The right Accounts Receivable Clerk will have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience, has advanced Microsoft Office skills and has exceptional mathematical skills. Duties and Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk Include:
  • Manage incoming calls and distribute to employees and/or sales team
  • Run the daily invoice report for billing
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Posts payments received by check, cash, EFT & credit
  • Sets up new customers, includes sending out & keeping new customer packets
  • Keeps track of contracts, including Lien waivers, A/A documentation and retain age
  • Files taxes on a bi-monthly, monthly & quarterly basis for Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Nebraska and Missouri
  •  A comprehensive list of additional duties is provided during interview
