Working in partnership with the Center Manager, the Community Manager will primarily be responsible for client relations, property management, and the daily operations of their business.

To the Community Manager we offer:

Duties and Responsibilities for Community Manager Include:

  • Develop a unique client culture through organizing client events and other activities
  • Manage daily accounting tasks - accounts payable and accounts receivable (training provided)
  • Driving financial results and work resourcefully within a budget
  • Assist with local area marketing and networking both online and in-person to drive leads
  • Assist with leasing office space and rent collection and CAM reconciliations, if needed
  • Maintain the physical upkeep of the real estate, help support a preventative maintenance program
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation and repair of all systems (plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, life safety, IT, parking) at the site
  • Identify and further implement sustainable building operating policies and procedures
  • Serve as a contact for facility related emergencies, which may require evening and weekend work
  • Work independently and as a contributing member of a team
  • Communicate effectively with project personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders; Communicate within the Level Team - Acquisitions, Development, Operations/Centers
  • Other duties as required for success

Requirements for Community Manager Include:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Proactive problem solving

  • Can work well autonomously and within a team

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Effective prioritizing skills

  • Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills

  • Can accurately type 60+ wpm

  • Careful multi-tasker and deadline conscious

  • Spanish fluency is a plus
