Description:   Full time Store Manager in South Bend, Mishawaka, and/or Elkhart Ziker Cleaners’ locations.
Our store hours are Monday - Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Ziker is closed Sundays and six holidays.  
Our Story: Ziker Cleaners is a small local business founded in 1917 by Joe Ziker. After 100 years, Ziker is still family owned and operated and takes pride in providing top quality garment care and service to our customers.  We are committed to growth, innovation and providing a culture of giving back to our local community and promoting healthy and positive lifestyles.

Starting hourly rate $12-14 per hour

Your Mission!
Ability to make a great positive long lasting first impression.
Ensure that all customer needs are satisfied in a prompt, efficient and professional manner on all incoming and outgoing orders.
Follow procedures in the Customer Experience Training.
Create and maintain a fun, friendly, and effective environment so team members are motivated to the highest level.
Continually see to meet or exceed Key Result Areas (Revenue, Payroll, Customer Service).
Responsible for opening, closing, and properly staffing the store. 
Responsible for hiring/termination, training, development, performance reviews and disciplinary action. 
Actively participate in the Ziker Outreach Volunteer Program. 

Your (Required) Talents!
Two years of college education or equivalent customer service experience. 
Talent for delivering a WOW customer service attitude
Ability to work well with others as a team
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge & internet navigation skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow through
Must be able to work weekends (Saturday), flexible schedule, and other locations
Ability to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break.
Ability to lift 20 pounds.
